TrustenU grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our browser extension and website in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of our extension, website, or API.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of TrustenU require a paid subscription ("Pro" or "Business" plans). All payments are securely processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Except as required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrustenU provides review credibility analysis based on advanced NLP heuristics and algorithms. While we strive for maximum accuracy, we do not warrant or guarantee that our scores, flags, or verdicts are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustenU and its Founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
